SAMPLE of some items included in Response Booklet:

• Meet the Characters
  List the name and one descriptive sentence per main character; tell about the character's physical appearance, his or her personality, and how he or she is related to the other characters (if that is important).
• A Gift for my Favorite Character
  Tell what you would give to your favorite character and why. You may also draw the gift.
• An Important Place in the Story
  What was the important setting, and why was it important?
