I just finished reading a book about a famous person. I'll give you five facts about this person's life and then see if you can guess who the person is. I will write the names of the person, the book, and the author on the back of this sheet.
I will also write sentences on the back of this form giving my book-enjoyment rating (1 to 5) and why, as well as my classification (easy, just right, challenge) and why.
