Saint-of-the-Day Research Project
Each sixth grade student will have a saint to learn about and present to the Middle School during morning prayer time.
There are two parts to this project. You will research your saint to find a specific set of information. You will create a written final copy in paragraph form to present the information you have found.
First, research your saint using print materials (books, encyclopedias, etc.). When you have found all that is possible using the print sources, then you may use online sites to find the remaining information, with your teacher's permission! Record what you learn onto the Saint Research Sheet.
Write and practice reading aloud the final copy so you are prepared to present your information to the whole middle school. You will have the final copy paper to use during your presentation.
Use the links below for directions and resources to complete each of the three parts.
